December Update 2023

This month Student Council has spent most of our time in committees working on specific bills and ideas, including editing the Equal Time Bill after the committee got feedback from the legislature. As a whole we discussed the Equity Grading Bill, reviewing the bill, asking clarifying questions, and editing the first draft to help the committee feel ready for Legislature to review the bill. We have also been floating around ideas on how to hear more from the student body, and what you need. Be on the lookout for student council suggestion boxes, please leave comments, questions or concerns you have that you think Student Council could help you with. We plan to collect the boxes every month and read what you leave, with your notes we will be able to make sure we are focusing on what matters to and affects you.
