Transcripts and Education Verification Requests


Current Seniors - transcript requests should be sent to the Main Guidance Office, 617-713-5016 

Graduates from Brookline High School or students who have withdrawn or transferred should contact the Registrar's Office

  • Your name as it was in High School. 
  • Date of Birth
  • Your year of graduation, or years of attendance.     
  • The school and/or program to which you are applying and their email or mailing address.
